I’m Cornel Tudose from Bucharest, Romania.
Geographer, Cartographer, Open Source enthusiast.

I have more than 18 years of experience in Map making, GIS analysis and GPS data collection. I have worked for Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP)EUMM Georgia (2012-2016)

I did M.Tech. in Geomatics at Faculty of Geodesy, Technical University of Construction, Bucharest, Romania. Before that I did Masters in Geography at University of Bucharest, Romania.

Currently I am working as a Lecturer at Faculty of Geography, University of Bucharest, Romania. My primary responsibilities include teaching about interpretation and collection of data, preparation of GIS database, preparing thematic maps, spatial analysis etc. Additionally, I’m Board Member of geo-spatial.org (Romanian OSGeo local chapter) from October 2010.
